The Officers’ Association Annual General meeting will be held at 1130 on Friday 19th June 2026 in the Wardroom HMS COLLINGWOOD. All members are invited to attend.
The Agenda for this year’s AGM will be released on Monday 8th June 2026.
Please note that the agenda for the AGM will not include AOB, however if you would like to propose an agenda item additional to the normal subjects, you are invited to submit them by email or post. Returns should be received by the OA Sec by Friday 5th June 26 at sec@hmscoa.org.
Please note that items proposed for the agenda can be discussed only if the proposer is present at the AGM.
All members of the Committee are available for re-election. Other OA members are invited to put themselves forward for election to the OA Committee if they wish. Nominations, supported by a Proposer and Seconder, should be received by the OA Sec by 5th June 26. The form to do that is here.
Coffee will be available in the coffee room during the AGM and we plan to eat in the mess on completion. If you plan to attend, please can you let us know by emailing the Secretary at sec@hmscoa.org or let any other committee member know.
